We first met at a restaurant that Jonathan was working at in Kananaskis, Alberta. Nicky was in for dinner with friends and Jonathan happened to be the lucky server to get their table that night. Prior to Nicky coming in, Jonathan’s boss at the time (not Mallory) had told him that Nicky was off-limits.
