Or Should We Say You’re Welcome? Now That You Have Maintenance Hours, You Should Know How To Use ‘Em.
MAINTENANCE
HOURS 101
Every month (if you’ve paid for it) your account tops up with a new set of hours, just like the way data usage on a phone plan works. Your hours don’t carry over from month to month, but if there aren’t any “traditional” maintenance objectives, we’ve still got you covered. We’ll use your hours to maintain and optimize your website in other ways, like:
Ensuring your site is optimized for all platforms—desktop, tablet and mobile—since these ‘specs always change.
Optimizing your website’s SEO. A lot of behind the scenes work goes into maintaining SEO on your website, so we’ll run an SEO report and optimize your website based on low-scoring factors.
Automating where we can – as technology advances, there are always new ways to automate manual functions.
There’s even more to the list of what your maintenance hours can cover, and we’ve laid it out for you here.
HOW TO SUBMIT
REQUESTS
When you have a maintenance request, use the form found on the shop page of our site to submit a ticket! Our ticket system never sleeps, but
unfortunately developers need to. We’ll start working on your ticket within 48 business hours after it’s been submitted.
If your ticket is an emergency, be sure to state so in the subject line and we’ll make sure to prioritize it. Most revisions take our team 48 hours to
complete (how’s that for speedy?), however they could take a little longer depending on the complexity of your request.
If we need any extra info, we’ll reach out to you directly through email (keep a look out for us in your inbox). If you ever want to cancel your
maintenance subscription, you must submit a ticket indicating so 2 weeks before your next payment is charged.
Already have a maintenance request? Fill in the details below and we’ll get right on it.
